Cameron S. Griffith, M.D., M.S., an Echols scholar from the University of Virginia completed attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA, where he later perused his residency training in Ophthalmology as the Chief Resident and also received and his Masters of Science degree in Neuropharmacology.
Dr. Griffith furthered his training through a cornea fellowship at the prestigious Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA for Eye Consultants of Atlanta. Upon joining Southern Eye Center, Dr. Griffith became proud member of the Southern Eye Center Gift of Sight surgical team.
