without double vision?
2. Do you have good and equal vision in each eye?
If the answer is yes to both questions, the condition can
probably be corrected.

of 13 for these conditions. Please schedule an appointment for
a complete eye exam for an evaluation of your condition. Consideration
of options for an outpatient correction procedure will be discussed and in most cases is approved by your insurance.
